Be a part of one of the best high school swim teams in Pennsylvania. High school swimming is a winter sport with mandatory practice starting November 12, 2007. Practice runs from 2:45 to 5:15 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays. Morning practices from 6:00 to 7:00 a.m. are held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and are optional but recommended for those with state aspirations. There are numerous pre-season and out-of-season conditioning opportunities available. All students must have a completed parent permission form and doctor's physical before they are allowed to practice. The school offers physicals for all winter sports in October. The cost is $8.00. All paperwork should be brought to the high school and turned in at the time of the physical.
