Those interested in competing in the July 17-20 Junior Olympic Meet at the University of Pittsburgh should check the qualifying times at www.amswim.org and submit entries to Coach Schultz with a check payable to MIST for the entry fees by Monday, June 30. Entry times must have achieved in a USA Swimming sanctioned or observed competition.
Kahkwa hosting Relay Carnival June 17
If you would like to compete in Kahkwa's relay meet Tuesday, June 17 at 5:00 p.m., sign up now by circling your name on the meet sheet at the MIHS pool. Sign up by June 12.
McDowell athletic physicals offered June 7
Physicals for all McDowell student-athletes are available for $12.00 (payable to MTSD) at the high school on Saturday morning, June 7. The forms, which need to be filled out prior to obtaining a physical, are available at the pool and in the Athletic Office. Students who do not get a physical that day must obtain one on their own from a doctor before the first day of their season.
The first day of Water Polo season is Monday, August 11. The first day of swimming and diving is November 14.
Senior Circuit Meet at Pitt, June 27-29
